How to install network printer for a Mac computer

  1. Go to Apple Menu

 

  1. Then choose System Preferences

 

  1. Now Choose Printer and Scanner

 

  1. Click on + to add printer

    5. Scroll through to find printer you want and click on it

     6. Click on Printer Driver

      7. Choose Generic PCL Driver

     8. Click Add to install printer

     9. If you want to add more printer follow step 4 to 8

     10. If you don’t see printer you want in the list call x6008
