Remove old printers before installing PaperCut
1. Go to Apple Menu and Select System Settings(System Preferences)
2. Scroll down and Select Printers and Scanners
3. Select the Network printers to be remove(network printer have ADMINPRINT or
STPRINT in name).
*Do Not Remove Local Printer
4. Click on Remove Printer
5. Select Remove Printer again to confirm
6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 to remove additional printers if needed
7. Close all windows and now you’re ready to install PaperCut
Installing PaperCut on Mac
1. Open Google Chrome Browser
2. Go to https://papercut.musd.org/user
3. Sign in with your MUSD Gmail account
4. On left side of papercut page select “macOS PaperCut install”
5. Select Download
6. When the download is done locate installer bottom left corner off web page
7. Double click on it to initiate the install
8. Double click on “PaperCut Print Deploy Client”
9. Select Continue
10. Select Agree and Click on Install
11. Login with your local password to give install permission
12. Sign in with your MUSD Email to PaperCut
13. On top Right of your computer screen click on PaperCut icon
14. Then select “View my printers”
15. Then on PaperCut client choose “Add printers”
16. Click “Install” on the printer(s) that you need
